How student and school data is handled, stored, and protected within LessonsLearnt.
All data is processed and stored within the European Union. It does not leave EU jurisdiction at any point.
Your school owns its data. LessonsLearnt processes it on your behalf as a data processor, under a Data Processing Agreement. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
Student wellbeing and mental health data is treated with the highest level of protection: encrypted, access-restricted to assigned counsellors, and fully audited.
Data is retained for as long as your school uses the platform, and deleted on request or on account closure in line with GDPR.
We do not use your students' data to train external AI models. Pattern detection runs within the platform to serve your school only.
