LessonsLearnt was founded in Kaunas, Lithuania, out of a simple frustration: schools collect more data than ever, yet still miss the students who need help most.
LessonsLearnt began with a question that kept coming up in European schools: why do we only find out a student was struggling after it's too late to help quietly?
The answer was rarely a lack of care. It was a lack of connected data. Wellbeing surveys lived in one system, lesson feedback in another, counsellor notes in a third - and none of them talked to each other. By the time a pattern was visible to a human, the moment to intervene had often passed.
We built LessonsLearnt as a data architecture rather than a survey tool. Every daily check-in, every piece of lesson feedback, every logged intervention adds to a picture that gets richer over time. The platform surfaces patterns a person couldn't see, alerts the right adult at the right moment, and records what actually worked so the school gets smarter every term.
It connects all five people around a student - teacher, school leader, counsellor, student, and parent - in one secure, GDPR-compliant system where data stays in Europe.
LessonsLearnt is built in Kaunas, Lithuania, and serves schools across Europe. We chose to build for the European education sector specifically - its languages, its privacy standards, and its procurement realities - rather than adapting a tool designed for somewhere else.
Our mission is simple: to make data-driven improvement in student wellbeing and learning inevitable, not optional.
